Contact us
Write to hello@makata.tv. Include your iPhone model, the app version (at the bottom of the app’s Settings) and what happened. Do not send a personal photo unless it is necessary.
Resume a drawing
Your drawings are in the Drawings tab. Tap a drawing to continue where you left off.
Choose the photos the app can see
Open Settings on your iPhone, then Souvenir Color, then Photos. You can allow access to all your photos, a selection, or none. You can always choose a photo yourself with the “+” button.
A drawing is not being created
The number of creations per day is limited; the app shows when you will be able to create again. Also check your internet connection. A drawing scheduled for the next morning is prepared on a best-effort basis overnight, with no guaranteed time.
Delete your data
Your drawings are on your iPhone: delete a drawing from its menu, or delete the app to erase everything. To have the installation identifier kept by our service deleted, write to hello@makata.tv. See the privacy policy for details.
